PALADINO FORCES REPUBLICAN GOVERNOR PRIMARY
WITH LOBBYIST LAZIO
Paladino Files Double Legal Requirement of GOP Signatures for Governor Race

(BUFFALO, NY) - Buffalo businessman Carl Paladino, Republican candidate for Governor of New York, today announced that his campaign, after the hard work of thousands of volunteers across the state, will this afternoon file 28,000 Republican signatures on petitions with triple the requirement spread across 21 Congressional districts and 62 counties. This petition submission will successfully place businessman Carl Paladino in a Republican primary for New York State Governor against lobbyist Rick Lazio.

"Today we will file a bullet proof package of 28,000 Republican petitions to place Carl Paladino on the Republican primary ballot," said Michael R. Caputo, campaign manager, Paladino for the People. "With tens of thousands of Republicans calling for Carl Paladino to be in the Republican primary, only one thing could explain why Rick Lazio would decide to challenge our petitions; fear. Rick Lazio can not beat Carl Paladino in a primary so he wants to knock him out of the process."

Carl Paladino, a successful Western New York real estate developer and attorney, declared his candidacy for Governor of New York in Buffalo in April. He and Tom Ognibene have submitted for approval enough petitions for the Republican primary and are now collecting petitions for the Taxpayer line. For more information on where Carl Paladino stands on the issues, please visit http://www.paladinoforthepeople.com.

Dear Friends:

I'm proud to announce the endorsement of Ron Johnson for U.S. Senate in Wisconsin against 18-year incumbent Democrat Senator Russ Feingold. Politico just published a report on the endorsement, which you can read here.

Ron Johnson is a principled conservative who will fight to stop the massive spending, bailouts, and debt that are bankrupting our country. He understands the stimulus bill was a failure, he will fight to repeal the health care takeover, he opposes amnesty, and he will help us pass a constitutional amendment to balance the budget.

Ron Johnson is also pro-life, pro-marriage, and pro-second amendment. He opposes government bailouts and will fight to preserve individual liberty.

Ron owns a manufacturing company in Oshkosh, Wisconsin and is not a career politician. He came to meet with me a few weeks ago on his first-ever trip to Washington. He told me he decided to run for the Senate after the President signed health care takeover. It was just too much for him to stay on the sidelines.

Ron explained that he is running to join the fight for our nation's freedoms, not to join the Senate club. That's exactly the kind of leader people in Wisconsin and all across America want in Washington.

Support Ron Johnson's Senate Campaign

A June 22nd Rasmussen Reports survey showed Ron Johnson in a statistical dead heat with his Democratic opponent, Senator Russ Feingold. With very limited name awareness, Johnson is already within 1 point of Feingold.

Johnson has attracted substantial support from grass roots conservatives throughout Wisconsin. In May, he won the endorsement of the Republican Party of Wisconsin at their state convention with 63% of the vote.

Ron Johnson is a businessman running for office because he loves his country and wants to do his part to save it. In a recent column in the Washington Post, George Will said Ron Johnson "is what the Tea Party looks like."

Ron Johnson is a common sense conservative who can win. He's in an uphill fight against an entrenched incumbent but I believe he's the right man with the right ideas at the right time.

If we want to create an earthquake election this November and make 2010 the year of the conservative comeback, we must help Ron Johnson win this critical Senate race.

The Senate Conservatives Fund will do everything it can to push Ron on to victory. We're going to work hard to make sure voters in Wisconsin hear his message and that freedom-loving Americans across the country support his campaign. If he's elected, he will help us take our country back.

Please support Ron Johnson's Senate campaign by making a contribution on our website at http://senateconservatives.com.

Remember that when you contribute to candidates like Ron Johnson, Ken Buck, and others through SCF, they get 100% of your contribution and do not have to pay processing fees. SCF pays all the expenses and forwards your contribution directly to their campaigns.

Thank you for your continued support. We'll keep fighting.

Respectfully,

Jim DeMint
United States Senator
Chairman, Senate Conservatives Fund

TEA PARTY EXPRESS RELEASES FIRST RADIO AD SUPPORTING
JOE MILLER FOR U.S. SENATE - ALASKA.

The Tea Party Express (website: www.TeaPartyExpress.org) is today releasing the first of a series of radio ads supporting Conservative Republican Joe Miller's campaign for U.S. Senate in Alaska. This marks the beginning of a $100,000 wave of radio ads by the Tea Party Express supporting Miller that will run statewide throughout Alaska.
The ad can be viewed here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OI5iLryX1x4
A second radio ad supporting Miller will be released tomorrow (Thursday).
Joe Miller is running to replace incumbent Senator Lisa Murkowski a liberal Republican who has a track record that runs directly counter to the principles of the tea party movement. She voted for the TARP bank bailout, supported amnesty for illegal aliens, the Law of the Sea Treaty, an early version of Cap & Trade, taxpayer funding for abortions, and sadly much more more.
Miller has earned the support of local tea party activists including the 1,000+ members of the Tea Party Express who live in Alaska. He has also earned the backing of Governor Sarah Palin and the National Right to Life.
The Tea Party Express has previously announced it will go "all in" to support Miller's candidacy for U.S. Senate. The Tea Party Express expects to spend a sizable amount that could approach $1 million in support of Miller's campaign challenging Republican incumbent Senator, Lisa Murkowski, for the GOP Primary in Alaska which takes place on August 24th

My name is Debbie Lee, and I am the mother of Marc Alan Lee who was the first Navy SEAL killed in Iraq.

When I got the news that Marc had died I was devastated. Unless you've lost a son or daughter I'm not sure you can understand how painful this time in my life was. Marc was an amazing person, a strong, powerful, ethical and decent warrior. He was my baby - he was 'part of me' and losing him was something that was painful to deal with.

What I realized after his death was that I could either continue to grieve about his loss, or I could do something to honor him and the service and sacrifice he gave to his nation. It occurred to me that if my son was willing to risk his life to save his buddies, then I would need the courage and resolve to put myself out there and try to make a difference for this nation.

I thus became involved in politics. I saw how some politicians used our troops as pawns for their political games. They would cut off funding for our troops, and some - like Harry Reid - would go so far as to undermine their missions and declare their efforts "lost."

Right now we have a critical U.S. Senate race taking place - one that could determine the future of this country. It is the Alaska U.S. Senate race where RINO Republican Lisa Murkowski is being challenged by Tea Party patriot, Joe Miller.

Joe is a graduate of West Point who earned the Bronze Star for combat in Operation Desert Storm. I have come to deeply respect Joe, and the fact that he is willing to take on the failed, corrupt political establishment who has left us with bailouts, record deficits and empowered the federal government to take more and more of our freedoms away from us.

If my son gave his life fighting for American freedom, then surely I should do my part to help fight for freedom here on the homefront. And that's exactly what I am doing, and why I am asking you to please join me in supporting Joe Miller.

Joe has been endorsed by the Tea Party Express, Gov. Sarah Palin, radio talk show host Mark Levin, and the National Right to Life. He's the real deal - an American hero who risked his life overseas, and now has put it all on the line here in America. He desperately needs our help if he is to defeat the political establishment and RINO Lisa Murkowski.

I am in Alaska right now working to help elect Joe Miller, and I need your help. If you still need motivation to understand why we must win this race, simply watch the video below. It is Lisa Murkowski saying we should accept ObamaCare (an unconstitutional grab of our freedoms by the federal government). Murkowski says we shouldn't repeal ObamaCare. I say this is yet one more reason why we MUST defeat her.

Watch her yourself:

Please - do your part to help me defeat Lisa Murkowski, and elect conservative Republican tea party hero, Joe Miller.

We the People. Lt. Peter Kinder is taking on the battle and is standing up for Missourian’s against oppressive Obamacare. Just earlier this week he finalized the lawsuit for Missouri against Obamacare. Our friend Thor Hearn, Esq. filed the suit and will head up the legal battle, which has a very interesting and novel approach to defeating Obamacare in Missouri.

The initial suits were facilitated by Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum in conjunction with 12 other attorneys general from Pennsylvania, Alabama, Colorado, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Nebraska, Texas, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah and Washington. Virginia filed its own lawsuit.

Clint Bolick, the man behind Idaho’s Health Freedom Act, told those gathered at an Idaho Freedom Foundation (IFF) event in downtown Boise Wednesday that he’d like to see as many lawsuits against recently-passed federal health care reforms as possible. The important thing, Bolick told idahoReporter.com, is that as many people and states sue as possible, so many courts across the nation can consider the charges against reform. ”The more lawsuit there are, the more likely one of them will end up in the United States Supreme Court,” Bolick said. That, he believes, will help put the death knell in reforms. ”We hope to subject it to death by a thousand cuts,” Bolick explained. Bolick, employed by the Goldwater Institute in Arizona, works as a lawyer for the group and specializes in constitutional litigation. 20 States are in process of engaging the Obamacare monstrosity.

We need to focus on the finish line to immunize Missourians from Obamacareless. After months of saying NO to Washington, the Missouri legislature has given voters something to say YES to.

Now it is up to Missouri voters–the first voters anywhere in the country given such an opportunity–to insist upon their freedom to choose their own health care providers without penalty and without government coercion. Let's set the standard for other States!

On August 3, Missourians will go to the polls for all Americans. A YES vote for Proposition C will send a message across the country and around the world that our Nation that has brought freedom to so many will not sacrifice those basic rights to BIG Government.

Consider putting up a yard or store front sign: http://www.mohealthfreedom.org/get-involved/

SCF has a new radio ad that will begin airing on stations across Colorado today. We've purchased time to run this ad statewide at full capacity for the next 8 days. It tells Colorado Republicans what you already know — that Ken Buck is the kind of principled leader conservatives can be proud of.

We're starting this radio spot today because voting begins next week by mail-in ballot and we need to do everything we can right now to turn out the vote for Ken Buck.

We want to keep this ad running for the last two weeks of the campaign leading up to Election Day on August 10, but we need your help. To do it, we need to raise $60,000. If you can help us, please consider making a contribution today.

A Patriot for Congress!

Fellow Patriots,

Many of you will remember the day we first got our start as an activist organization. It was August 1st, 2008, when Congress attempted to bail on Washington without addressing the offshore drilling ban and the $5.00 per gallon gas prices many of us faced.

Our initial effort was called the "DontGo Movement" and received major national media and attention.

We got our start long before the modern day Tea Party Movement came to life. And there working alongside us was a man named Ray McKinney, a Georgia resident and fiscal conservative businessman.

Now, almost two years later, Ray McKinney is running for Congress in Georgia's 12th Congressional District. He faces a very tough primary tomorrow (July 20) and we want to help him cross the finish line.

Ray is one of us. But it's more than that. Ray is a personal friend, a fellow patriot, and he's donated to our cause multiple times over the years.

Have no doubt, he's as much a part of this movement as anyone else.

And guess what? He's actually the front runner in his primary election.

BUT, there is a chance Ray will come out of the primary election with a run-off. If this is the case, he's going to need a ton of help. If he wins the primary without a run-off, which is possible, he's going to have a huge general election battle ahead of him.

Liberty First PAC intends to stand with Ray in every way we can. We need your help to stand with him financially.

Regardless of how the election turns out tomorrow, Ray will need our help on Wednesday.

Please click here and contribute $10, $25, $50, or any amount you can afford to help ensure this Patriot is sent to Congress. (Paypal link is here)

We also ask that you Tweet Ray, share links to his Twitter account, Facebook and website, and call/email anyone you know in Georgia to help get out the vote for Ray.

For Liberty,
-Eric Odom
