Our Demands:

1. We Demand Legislation to be immediately passed to Defund ACORN and all groups connected to ACORN. This will include a full external audit of the books at ACORN with the Justice Department involved in subpoenaing all the records of all the entities that are involved with ACORN. This will include a full, public available investigation into these groups to insure that not one more taxpayer dime goes to a group known and acknowledged to be guilty of

“First, ACORN has evaded taxes, obstructed justice, engaged in self-dealing and aided and abetted the cover-up of embezzlement by Dan Rathke, the brother of ACORN founder Wade Rathke.

Second, ACORN has committed investment fraud to deprive the public of its right to honest services and engaged in racketeering enterprises affecting interstate commerce.

Third, ACORN has committed conspiracy to defraud the United States by using taxpayer funds for partisan political activities.

Fourth, ACORN has submitted false filings to the Internal Revenue Service, the IRS, and the Department of Labor in addition to violating the Fair Labor Standards Act, FLSA.

Fifth, ACORN falsified and concealed facts concerning an illegal transaction between related parties in violation of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, ERISA.” Representative John Carter [R-TX31]

2. We Demand an independent audit of the Federal Reserve and the Treasury Department. This will include immediate passage of The Federal Reserve Transparency Act.

3. We Demand NO new spending until these issues are accomplished. This includes the undistributed funds from the Bush TARP and the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This demand includes a hold placed on healthcare reform, the American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009 and all other spending legislation.

We the People do not trust you. We demand you restore our trust before you continue on shaping our lives. Our demands are fair and simple requests. Legislation has already been developed that can be shaped to insure these demands can be meet in very short time. In order to insure your complete cooperation with this effort, we have committed to the following actions.

1. We have started a website(s) to follow your actions on these issues. We will watch every bill you sponsor, cosponsor and vote on. We will make public in every local medial devise available you cooperation or lack of cooperation on these issues. We will blog, email, call and visit every person we can to issue they know about your efforts to restore our faith in you.

2. We have also made available a list of state where recall is an option. We will immediately start rallying support for recall on any Senator or Congressman who is unwilling to help regain The Peoples Trust. We will also be working on securing the right to recall in all of the states where this is not a right. We will be watching and we will get you out of office if you do not work to restore our trust.
